With a BA in Dance from Arizona Sate University, 500 hour Massage Therapy certification and 200 hour yoga teacher training from John Salisbury & Alex Austin at At One Yoga, Emily Horning offers you the gift of meditation in motion. Emily began yoga simply to spend time with her friend, then found it to be her magic bullet for stress release and mind body connection.  As time went on, yoga transformed her as she  released old baggage and found increasing peace of mind and balance within.  Emily began yoga teacher training to further her practice, then found instructing to be her life calling.  Now she teaches her students how to find that peace, joy and life transformation themselves.  
 
Class Description
Emily's light hearted class emphasizes proper alignment and encourages you to do what feels good  for your body in the moment. Class includes breathing exercises, gentle warm up, modifications of standing and floor postures for all levels of students, meditation, plenty of hands-on adjustments and inspiring music.   Learn concentration, opening the body while releasing the ego, and how to find peace of mind all while having fun.  Take time to take care of yourself , float away, and find your bliss.
