Combat Fitness for Women
This is one serious, kick-butt, calorie burning workout for women. You will go through a wide-ranging series of exercises in every class. We use resistance bands for toning, shaping and strength, we hit bags for anaerobic conditioning and impact power, plyometrics for speed and explosiveness. Additionally, classes include stick boxing. Swinging sticks as well as hitting targets with them helps round out the conditioning mix. Finally, the workout is balanced with yoga and stretching.
Classes are tons of fun, set to music to keep you moving and held in a great social atmosphere. These classes are taught by David Goron who knows how difficult it is to get into shape and encourages the women in his class to go at their own pace.
